Rachel Locklear is the Agency Principal and our comprehensive asset protection specialist, providing a 360-degree view of insurance options. She can help you look for ways to maximize your protection without maxing out your pocketbook. Rachel has a master’s degree from Barry University and her bachelor’s degree from Anderson University. She is active in her local church and enjoys volunteering at Cape Canaveral Port Ministry.

Waylon Locklear is a Licensed Insurance Agent and Partner of Lighthouse Insurance Advisors, Inc. He has extensive experience as an entrepreneur and business owner. He understands the challenges that small businesses face and offers business owners protection solutions ranging from General Liability to Workers Compensation. His diverse project management experience makes him adept at reconciling risks with profit and reward. He is active in his local church and volunteers in his community. In his free time, he enjoys everything the outdoors has to offer.

Waylon and Rachel Locklear are not only business partners but also a husband-and-wife duo who enjoy doing life together. Living in Cocoa Beach and being active members of the community, they have a deep-rooted connection to the area. Rachel specializes in the day-to-day operations, while Waylon utilizes his experience in business and marketing to build relationships with clients and carriers. Together, they started Lighthouse Insurance Advisors with the aim of impacting their community by educating them about the essential insurance protection they need.
